I recently had the privilege of trying a couple of meals from Blue Apron. If you aren't familiar with Blue Apron, let me just say that I was blown away! The process itself was super easy. I answered a few questions regarding some of my family's food preferences online and a week later farm fresh ingredients for two chef designed meals were shipped to our home.
Blue Apron offers two types of meal plans - the two person or the family plan. I chose the family plan which was plenty for the three of us with leftovers.
Everything arrives in a refrigerated box complete with recipe cards and all the ingredients you need to prepare the meals. How cute is that cream? I love to cook, but sometimes stopping by the store can be the challenge. I loved knowing that everything I needed to cook dinner was in the box. Exact measurements too so that there was no waste.
The man can dice and chop let me tell you!
I love smelling garlic, celery, & onions sautéing, do you? Those went into the meatloaf pictured in the first picture. Yum!
I also loved being introduced to new things like this gai lan (the green veggie above served with star anise & soy glazed cod, delish!). There are so many great recipes! I've been wanting to try the crunchy chicken tacos and the spring miso ramen.
Blue apron ships to over 80% of the country and you can check your location here. There's no commitment so if you want to skip or cancel, you can. Easy. Want to give it a try? The first 50 readers to click through will receive their first two meals free - CLICK HERE. Better hurry, this opportunity won't last long.
