Skirted Tables: Client Inspiration

A new client of mine is looking for ways to inject freshness into her living room. Most of the furniture/decor is neutral. She currently has a skirted round table between to loveseats and I think this would be a great place to have a little fun.
These tables are super cheap. You can find them at Bed, Bath, & Beyond for under $20. And there must be a million and twelve different ways to trick them out with fabric & trim. Just use your imagination.

ReplyDeleteIt's covered with an off-white burlap that keeps it feeling fresh.
I have one under a bed somewhere. That last photo was one of my first pins for the styling, but I didn't even pay attention to the table, I love it, I think I'll go dig mine out!
ReplyDeleteI have one from Ballard Designs that is heavy particle board, stored in the basement. So glad to read this post….I need to give mine a second chance. I love that skirt with box pleats and Greek key trim!!!

I love the one with greek key trim, and the last one...so glam! I knew about the Ballard ones, but I think I need something smaller, so I'll definitely check out BB&B. Thanks for the tip.

ReplyDeleteMary Lou, the table skirts in the images above are for inspiration for a client project. Those were most likely custom made for those tables. Maybe try Ballard or etsy for custom made skirts?
