Our kitchen garden is growing like crazy. The tomatoes are taking their time ripening, but the cucumbers and basil are thriving. There's nothing better than snipping fresh herbs and veggies and creating something yummy.
This recipe appeared in a recent Southern Living and R and I could not wait to try it. All of the ingredients muddled together taste like a glass of summer.
I like to top mine off with chilled water rather than tonic, but R likes his with tonic water. Soda water is also nice if you want a little fizz without the extra sugar. Cheers.
