What I Wore

Tuesday, May 5, 2015

I promised several of you more outfit posts a while back.  Seems like a long time ago, but better late than never.  Most days I work from home so my attire leans more to the casual side.  The weather has been predictably unpredictable, the usual for North Carolina in the spring.  Some days I can get away with dresses and some days still require maxis or jeans and an extra layer.  That's ok though because we savor our springs knowing summer heat will be here soon enough.

denim dress, similar 40% off  \ boots \ scarf, Be Creative, similar, similar for less

maxi skirt \ sweater, H&M no longer available, similar \ necklace, flash sale event \ sandals, old similar, also cute  (I need to go sandal shopping!)

open back sweater, TJMaxx, similar  \ necklace \ jeans \ wedges, similar

  1. All cute outfits Rene! I love that open back sweater and the pink gingham shirt. I have the same one and wear it all the time. Hope you're doing well!

  2. I own an online blanket boutique so most days I am home designing and sewing away while my kids are in school and I don't "dress up". It's kinda funny but kinda not, that I only get styled and such for when I'll be in public talking to people and parents at my boys' baseball games, ha!! Thanks for the new casual outfit ideas and I'm going to add the KS bracelet to my accessories

    1. Over the years I've found that I feel better if I showered and dressed, even if I stayed at home all day with the kids.
