The Farmer's Wife

Tuesday, September 6, 2011

It seemed like everyone enjoyed my little visit to the Design Archives the other day so I thought that I would share another one of my favorite spots in town called The Farmer's Wife. The Farmer's Wife is a fun shop specializing in antiques and accessories with a breathtaking florist in the rear of the store.  If I was planning a party or special event, this might be my first choice for flowers.  Daniel, the store owner has an eye for all things wonderful and vintage.  I'm not going to say a lot about this post because I believe the images speak for themselves, but I especially love his artful vignettes.

  4. I love this store too. Their flower arrangements are so unique but in a simple and gorgeous way. I received a bouquet from there last year and loved it. Can you believe I was once told not to tell anybody it was there because it was her secret place to to shop for flowers!! Unbelievable! Something this good has to be shared.

  15. I used the amazing florist for my wedding (and more recently he was used for my Grandmother's birthday). I can't believe I missed the "shop" part when visiting - I need to go back! I must have had wedding blinders on, what great treasures!
