The Co-Editor Has Spoken

Monday, December 13, 2010

Dear Santa,

I have been the best pet a family could ask for. At the top of my wish is that no dog goes hungry or cold this Christmas.  Also, sometimes I surf the internet and have made a wish list of things that look dogtastic in case you have room in your sleigh for me.  By the way, I think a dog would do a better job than a reindeer.  Have you ever seen the movie, "Olive the Other Reindeer"?

Anyway, Merry Christmas Santa!  Oh and another thing, if no one leaves you cookies, please don't accuse us dogs of eating them.  It's probably those meddling kids.

Best,
Mattie Gray, co-Editor

  5. Aww, what a cutie pie that Mattie Gray is! (And I know a 2 legged creature by the same name btw.) Great list of fun toys! I found a dog biscuit making kit at CVS that comes with a dog bone cookie cutter; fun for the pup & the kids! (Santa is bringing it to my BF, Bruschi).

  19. This is definitely a companion breed and one that is loyal to the family and a choice few others. MG wants to go where we go, but sometimes it is difficult. I'm sorry your daughter had a bad experience, but hopefully the dog is with someone who has more time to spend.

  21. Mattie Gray looks like a wonderful dog and member of your family. She's gorgeous, too. We have a labradoodle, Lars, and this will be his first Christmas. It'll be fun to see how he does with the tree and presents. So far he has more presents than my husband has to unwrap. I enjoyed your guest post at Courtney's blog. Did you make those stockings in the photo, Rene? Chocolate chip pumpkin bread is our Christmas morning munchie as well. It's so delicious and so full of spices. A perfect wintery bread.

  23. She is so sweet! Our Golden Retriever, Rio, totally copied her and donned pearls for our Christmas party last week. We had to put on four stands in order to see them with all her fur. She was a hit and owes it all to MG for the fashion tip! :)
